I was looking for an easy way to fill my programmes. With three businesses to run, my fundraising events, travelling all over the world and a multitude of other tasks, Tracey’s LinkedIn service was exactly what I needed. It worked right from the beginning when we had 15 meetings promised in the first week alone. I never really found it natural to meet clients online. If I meet people in the real world it is absolutely fine. I don’t have any issues. But online is really different. So even though I knew the potential of LinkedIn, I really was at a complete loss as to how to make meaningful connections, and how to put myself across how to really make people understand what I am about and what I can do for them and how we can work together.

So I took action, because I felt like I was very close to really zeroing in focusing on what I could do and who for and that’s when I came across Tracey’s program, and I absolutely jumped on it because I knew it would help me Oh, my God, help it did, for sure. I wanted to find a platform where I could have professional conversations that would be really focused and definitely professional. And obviously LinkedIn was the place. I’d had a profile on it for a long, long time but I never really properly interacted with it.

Working with Tracey was just an absolute game changer if I’m completely honest. Everything changed in terms of how confident I feel about my presence on LinkedIn. But it goes way beyond that. I’ll just give you an example. Because with Tracey’s program, there’s a big, big focus on defining understanding what your business is, who you’re serving, and what you’re doing for them. It’s the basics of branding, marketing, and UX is stuff that I do with my clients. But I don’t do it so much from a business point of view. And Tracey is absolutely amazing at making you focus from a business point of view. And because of the coaching sessions that are invaluable, not just for the time that you get for yourself, but also from what you can observe and learn from other people doing the same thing.

And thanks to the work that Tracey made me do, I was able to really, really pinpoint what I’m doing and who for and how I can serve them and help them and really defined my business in a way that I hadn’t been able to. So it goes way beyond LinkedIn. I mean, LinkedIn is just a tool that you use. But that’s what made the huge difference. Then the way that Tracey made me tailor my profile was extraordinary.

And now I’m at the point where I can tell people if you want my CV, just go to my LinkedIn page. In fact, my profile has been featured in a few blogs by people who were talking about really good LinkedIn profiles. And mine was featuredbecause it really represents me, it gets me views. And it gets me work. I’ve been headhunted, I’ve had job offers, I’ve been able to have real conversations with people because now when I approach someone, I know why I’m approaching them. I’ve never not had a connection accepted.

People find you and they’ve now become a meaningful connection. And projects are actually coming out of that. And I got sponsorships for my conference. I managed to get sponsorships, thanks to the work that I did on LinkedIn, because I approached the people on LinkedIn, because I knew how to do it. I would say that I got at least 20,000 out of that out of the investment with Tracey at least and that’s beyond my normal work. I would do it again, a million times over.

Tracey is one of the most helpful human beings that you can ever meet, it’s just, she goes over and beyond.She is razor sharp in focusing on what you should be doing and what your issue is. And I think that part of Tracey’s genius is that she’s able to understand that regardless of your niche. And she’s got your back at any given moment. She really cares about you getting results and about you, about her program, it’s all about results. And she really, really, really cares about that. And the warmth and the integrity and the humanity of the whole experience is what makes it even more valuable in my view.

I am now more consistent with posting – I will do it every week, whereas I didn’t used to. Because she’s also taught me how to write posts and what posts work better and so on, life is much easier for me. I now feel visible. And I have a proper content strategy. And that is incredible for me because one of my issues is that I often feel pulled in a million different directions because I have so many projects and so many things to do. The strategy that Tracey has helped me work out for my business is my centre when I feel pulled in all directions.

Being somebody who is in the space of transformation and coaching, I wanted to be able to talk to my audience. And I knew a lot of my audience was on LinkedIn, I work with a lot of founders, a lot of executives. And I wanted to make sure that I had consistent work going out on LinkedIn and that I was regularly connecting with people who I wanted to work with. And I wanted to grow my authority on that platform.

So when I reached out to Tracey, it was because we’ve had connections, she reached out to me on LinkedIn, she sent me some really useful information. And I wanted to know more. And I saw her work that she was putting out there and actually enjoyed reading it. So I decided to take some action with my LinkedIn and pull it from it hardly being noticed, to really getting posts that were regularly interacted with, and growing my audience.

Working with Tracey, I was able to really construct a great profile, which has been so useful, it enables me to really reach out to people and know exactly whom I’m speaking to. And when people look at my profile, they know exactly what I do, how I do it, and whether I’m the right coach for them. And that’s really important – getting that messaging right.

And you know, I help people with messaging. But you know, if you work in this space, you need someone to be objective about you, and help you to kind of craft your message. And that’s what Tracey really did very well for me, and helped me look at what subjects I was going to be talking about and help shape or frame how I was going to regularly send information out on the LinkedIn platform.

Tracey is fun to work with, we have a laugh in the sessions, we get a lot done. And it is having somebody who can bounce ideas off gives you a different way of looking at things and provides lots of insight and expertise on this platform, which so many of us use but probably don’t know how to use it as well as we could and don’t get as much out of it.

Some of the biggest challenges I faced specifically on LinkedIn was knowing how to have reach or to make reach. I would post things and like anybody who starts out on social media, it was crickets. And it was all about how do I do it. It wasn’t necessarily about how do I just get more people to see me, it was more about how do I just start engaging with other people on a more meaningful level, and then have that reciprocated? You know, one of the things that I absolutely adore about LinkedIn is that there is an opportunity to really create deep connections. And I saw the opportunity, I just had no idea how to start capitalizing on it.

I took the action with Tracey because of how she connected with me on LinkedIn – the things I was looking to do in terms of creating more connections and having deeper conversations. That’s what Tracey did. And I didn’t necessarily know that. That’s what I was looking for. Until she did it.
